Great experience with Terri Young at Suburban Chrysler I walked in the dealership a complete stranger and was met by Terri Young who provided the most inowledgeable and compassionate car buying experience I walked in the dealership a complete stranger and was met by Terri Young who provided the most inowledgeable and compassionate car buying experience that I have ever had. Prior to, during the sale and the after purchase was a complete and unique experience with Terri being the most truly caring , salesperson I have ever met and I have purchased quite a few as I am 82 years old. She couldn't do enough or show me enough without her being concerned if I understood every thing she offered as a very knowledgeable salesperson. She encouraged me to return to learn anything more about my vehicle as I bought a vehicle with all the toys and bells and whistles and I am sure I will never understand all of them. If I buy another vehicle I will surely return to her for my next one as she provides a beautiful buying experience. My next person whom I got to meet was Rob Love an assistant manager who then guided me through the financing, etc. and it once again was a very unique and compassionate encounter. They have certainly been trained well in the area of sales and how to get along well with their possible buyers. You won't go wrong in your dealings with either one of them. Exceptional Experience! I was referred to the Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership of Farmington Hills by my boyfriend who had previously purchased several vehicles fr I was referred to the Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership of Farmington Hills by my boyfriend who had previously purchased several vehicles from Terri.
