Not only did I find Terri Young to be time efficient and task oriented, she helped me select my vehicle and answered all of my questions, and I mean all of them, with a warmth and sincerity such the opposite of what I had experienced elsewhere. She even hand washed my car when the car wash was broken! And she stayed after the dealership closed to go through all of my new features on my 2015 Grand Cherokee (which I absolutely love!). In a market driven by dollar signs and numbers quotas, she was a genuine breath of fresh air! I'm recommending her to all my family and friends! More

Terri Young should be salesperson of the Year! I traded in my AUdi TT for a Chrysler 200. Found it to be too big after 2 months and went back to Terri. Without batting an eye, she helped me order a Dodge in my AUdi TT for a Chrysler 200. Found it to be too big after 2 months and went back to Terri. Without batting an eye, she helped me order a Dodge Dart! She was absolutely the most patient, friendly and informative salesperson I have ever had! Everyone at the dealership from the Credit Mgr, to Dave the Business Mgr. and Chris in Service made it the best dealer experience ever. Hands down! To top it off, I absolutely love my Dart! It's so me, just the right size and super fun and fast to drive. I took great pleasure in leaving a Porsche in the dust the other night at a light on Beck Road! My father was a Chrysler retiree and my brother is Design Responible there now and the Suburban Dealer experience would make them proud! After I got off the phone the first time, I told my wife "That is the first time a dealer asked all the rigth questions before calling me back with the answers to my questions". She called back ten minutes later and we had a deal! More

Terri and finance mgr, Lou, worked extremely hard to help me. I drove away in a new 2010 Chrysler Sebring. My difficult husband was delighted with my purchase. I found the dealership online and received an email within a few hours from a salesperson. Everything worked out much better than I expected. My financing could not be beat anywhere and my payments are much lower than I imagined. I am a totally happy camper and will give the dealer and salespersons names to anyone that I find is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Suburban is the best. More
