Excellent service from this dealership My husban was interested in trading in his 2014 Chevy Silverado. He was a previous Dodge Ram owner, and wanted to return to the "Dodge" family. We were so pleased with our Sales Representative Terri Young. She went above and beyond to get us back into the Dodge Ram. Instead of just walking and searching all over the huge car lot, she asked us first what we were looking for, and what features were absolutely necessary. She quickly narrowed down the search. She showed us what was available on the lot, and also looked to see if there was something similar like color choice, available at at another Suburban dealership near by. She found us every rebate possible, and went to the manager to get the best trade in value for us. Since we lived way up north Terri switched her work schedule to accomadate our time frame to be in the Detroit area. We were happy with the deal, the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently, and financing went well. We drove home in a beautiful Maximum Steel Dodge Ram Big Horn. Terri is a kind, friendly, honest, and trustworthy sales representative, and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from her, and this dealership in the future. More

She will contact you by e-mail, phone, text, and setup an appointment on your terms. She went through every feature I wanted, didn't rush or push me into anything I didn't want, left everything up to me, and she did the dirty work of searching for exactly what I wanted. My transaction was done purely over the telephone and by text messaging all in a matter of a few days! Simple, no hassle, knew what my daughter wanted and Terri made it happen. Terri was pleasant, responsive, and made for a smooth transaction when we walked in the door to finalize paperwork and pick up our jeep! I was looking forward to meeting Terri in person because I was so impressed with the professional and pleasant woman I spoke to on the phone! Will definitely go back to Terri for our next vehicle purchase/lease. It's a little farther from home (the local dealer I found unprofessional, lacked basic knowledge of their product and didn't offer to secure the exact jeep/options we were looking for) but definitely worth the drive! I will never forget the look on my daughters face when they pulled her new jeep up in front of the dealer all shiny and new with a large bright red bow attached to the hood! Their service people are so helpful and elicit a feeling of being taken care of. I know my vehicle is always in good hands. The salesperson, Terri, had recently walked us through the ordering of a new truck. This is probably going to be our last truck, assuming that we may get too old to drive something so big in our senior years, so Terri handled it accordingly. Her personal experience with owning a Dodge truck herself made her recommendations of the features just so spot on! She took the time to put us at ease on most every subject including price and functional/financing options. The finance guy also was a great help in choosing the right warranty package for us. They delivered our custom Laramie truck in 30 days! I couldn't be more pleased with Suburban Chrysler of Farmington Hills and plan on bringing in our vehicles to their service department for another 10 years. More
