Thank you Terri Young!! After several attempts to turn in my lease and start a new lease with out regular dealership for Jeep....threw in the towel!!! Great sales representative I had been to several dealerships and was frustrated with the process. I would give my needs to the reps and then they'd always try to talk me into bu I had been to several dealerships and was frustrated with the process. I would give my needs to the reps and then they'd always try to talk me into buying something way more expensive and/or not even what I was looking for. At Suburban, Terri Young was my representative. She took into consideration everything I said and took her time showing me cars that were available. Both cars I purchased were exactly what I was looking for and it was a comfortable experience. They even dropped one of the vehicles off at my home since I couldn't drive both. Eliot found good rates for my financing. Great, honest people. More

Being younger, and looking at a higher-end car, I was mostly ignored and shoved out the door and given no more information or insight about the car I was interested in than when I walked in! It was horrible. I decided to try Suburban and I'm sure glad I did!! Terri Young was the best person I could've asked to work with. She was so nice and her personality is so bubbly, you can't help but smile. She never once gave me any hesitation or a "are you sure, this is an expensive feature to add on" or any of that other BS. I would recommend her and Suburban to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Terri! More
