I came in Friday (3/27) and started looking at the Foresters. Terry was walking bye and seen me looking at the Forester and asked if anyone was helping me. When I said no Terry jumped in and automatically made me feel comfortable. He reassured me that if he couldn't answer my questions he would find someone who could help us. On Monday I came back to the dealership and Terry met me at the Subaru part at my car welcoming me. I had my mother with me so she could look at what I was purchasing, and Terry allowed us to test drive the Forester and answered all of my questions. When it came down to purchasing the vehicle, Terry was amazing and talked us through everything and made me feel welcomed. David Nicely also was amazing to work with as well. More
