I went to Napletons Acura in West Palm and has stunned with their dealer fees, doc fees, additional fees on a used car, etc... their price was reduced greatly only to find out the price was contingent on with their dealer fees, doc fees, additional fees on a used car, etc... their price was reduced greatly only to find out the price was contingent on a super high interest rate. I simple asked if I could bring a check from my bank and they said they would have to increase the price. When I called Rick Case, it seems Terry had a solution for any concern or problem I had. I wish you were closer to WPB so that I could service my vehicle with you. I an looking forward to buying my next car from Rick Case due to the best service I’ve ever had. Also, Ms Torres called and explained the financing within minutes of us asking Terry the question. WHAT SERVICE! They both demonstrated teamwork and a determination to exceed my expectations. Oh and I love my MDX. More

The delivery of my new vehicle initially went well. I was able to complete the sale within a reasonable time period. Unfortunately a glitch occurred within the first days of having the vehicle that invo was able to complete the sale within a reasonable time period. Unfortunately a glitch occurred within the first days of having the vehicle that involved the electronics of the vehicle. The vehicle was returned to the dealership within 5 days of ownership. The issue regarding the glitch was resolved within 2 days. Dean Dumetz took on the responsibility to remedy the problem and was able to do so in a friendly and professional manner. Terry Jarvis was outstanding during the delivery of the vehicle, the execution of of the agreement, the handling of the glitch, communicating updates during the period of the glitch’s remedy and upon pickup of the vehicle after the glitch’s resolution. Terry deserves extra praise for his understanding of how one feels when having to bring back a new vehicle days after delivery for an unanticipated glitch. His professionalism, knowledge of his product and customer service were very much appreciated and should be noted by the dealership. Hopefully the glitch has been resolved but Terry made it clear that he was always available to be of help should another issue arise. More

This is my third vehicle from this dealership. My salesman Terry has always been honest and forthright with me. I have a service contract on my lease and it works great. One area that needs improvement is the on line appointment chat. The simple process of making an appointment took me almost a 1/2 hour. The same questions were asked and answered more than once. My car is a year old and some clown salesman approached me with some come on about getting me into a new car because you are always looking for used cars for your inventory. As soon as I said that I would speak to Terry, he disappeared😳😳 More
