When I purchased the first Maxima I knew that the vehicle was superior to any other vehicle that me and my husband had ever driven. We purchased a second Maxima and realized that yes, the brand was superior but there was an additional ingredient that made our experience as Nissan owners satisfying and outstanding. THE DEALERSHIP! I made an appointment to see her and she did not disappoint me at all. As a female purchasing a vehicle it was great to find someone that was as genuine as she was. Theresa in my opinion was trustworthy. After expressing my concerns about my past experiences buying vehicles. That's why both my father and sister are happy Kings Nissan customers too. For the past several leases, I have been working with Terry Matarese. Terry is terrific!!! She is wonderful, warm and nurturing. Terry knows her cars and know what I like. She's always able to get me exactly what I want. She really listens to you and is very interested in what you think is important. During the process, Terry will call you to make sure you're happy with the choices you have made. Terry will contact the insurance company to make sure they're processing the new documents. She'll stay late for you to come and pick your new car. Terry goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable during this experience. After you have received your new car, you can expect a follow up from Terry, just checking up on you. She really want you to be happy with your purchase. When your lease is ending she calls to remind you and start the process of a new lease. Terry is my sales advisor for life.
