I have gone to numerous dealerships in the past but they exceeded all expectations by far!!! I was in need of leasing a new car fast and Terry got me my dream red rogue within the first few minutes! NO hassle, NO games!! I felt like I was talking with a friend through the process. She made it painless.. she answered all of my questions (she was so patient!!), and made sure I walked away with an amazing deal that day. Walking into the dealership is like walking into your favorite neighborhood shop. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating and supportive of one another. The other sales reps were very kind, chatting with me and making sure I was comfortable as well. I didn't want to leave! Her efficiency, knowledge of my needs, concern for my well fair has encouraged me to call her again and again, every three years. Terry at Nissan is the contact shared and recommended to friends when they are ready for a new car. Her thoughtfulness and overall ability to work for me, her customer , has promoted that first call on Terry, when leasing a new car is on the agenda. My late husband, who passed away recently, would comment, "Terry at Nissan gets the prize for top salesperson." I hope that our over two decade relationship continues for many years. Thanks Terry!!! Ba I just purchased a 2016 Maxima at this dealership based on the relationship I have had with the service manager, Atnan Guze, for the last 8 years. Back then, I bought a Nissan somewhere else, but he/they treated me like I bought the car at their dealership. He has always treated me fairly and with respect. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews about this place, I would guess that sometimes it's not the dealership, it's the people expecting too much. I have also had a very pleasant and hassle-free experience with Terry Materese during the whole purchase process; she actually cares about her sales and customers. Definitely check this place out if you want to deal with some fair people. More
