Two weeks ago, I brought my 2019 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change, and left with a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL! I am a deep researcher when buying big ticket items. Terry, the Internet Sales Manager, was very helpful through my series of what must have seemed like endless questions. Whenever I needed some info Terry, the Internet Sales Manager, was very helpful through my series of what must have seemed like endless questions. Whenever I needed some information on the trucks I was considering he got me an answer within a couple hours. Once I was ready to buy, I was pressed for time on the day of purchase. I asked Terry to be ready for me to arrive and be in and out as quickly as we could. From the time we rolled in we were rolling out in my "new"er truck in under two hours. He fully accommodated my request. I am not sure, but I actually think that the final detailing may have taken longer than the actual test drive, purchase, and paperwork. Terry and this dealership provided a great experience. More

My 77-year-old disabled Father was in the market for a new car. Terry Matteson contacted me via my online inquiry. After a very quick and to-the-point conversation, he proceeds to Check with his General S new car. Terry Matteson contacted me via my online inquiry. After a very quick and to-the-point conversation, he proceeds to Check with his General Sales Manager, Scott McGhie on what could be done in an effort to accommodate my Father's requests. Within 20 minutes they called back and presented the best deal my Father and I could ask for. Terry promised me he would take care of my Father and not to worry as the whole process from trading in his vehicle to driving off would be effortless, transparent, and efficient. That was clearly evident when he came in on his day off to meet and expedite my Fathers needs ( spent 4 hours with him as my Father's insurance needed to be transferred and his agent was not available until that afternoon). My Father could not believe how professional and caring Terry, Scott, and the whole Coulter team were throughout his time there. I can't thank them enough. Being 2000-plus miles away I know my Father has a great dealership (with great new friends) near his hometown as do I. Unprecedented service from all (especially Terry Matteson). Simply the best anywhere! More
