Like to thank Alan for taking the time and having one of the service techs which I can not remember his name, to look at my Focus that has seem to have sprung a coolant leak while picking my new F150 up on the service techs which I can not remember his name, to look at my Focus that has seem to have sprung a coolant leak while picking my new F150 up on Saturday. The Tech toke the time to show me the leak was able to make it back to Orlando with no problems. Kevin knows his product, sync genius he could show some of our sale guys a thing or two. Kevin also saw me looking under the hood of the Focus and got me in hooked up with Alan to get the car looked at. Maybe should have just brought two new cars home with me. We all know and have horror stories about car dealerships and at the top of the list is the SALES Rep! We'd rather have a root canal without the Novocain then to have to make a deal on a new vehicle. Of course next to a house, this is one of the most expensive of the average person's purchases and should be a pleasant one. Well, I have been dealing with Parks (Heritage) Ford of Wesley Chapel and its various serves since 2002. Every experience has been a pleasant one. I have Never had even an inkling of a negative with the staff at this business. I can't say enough GOOD about this and previous experiences. Everyone is extremely helpful, pleasant, patient, fair and knowledgeable. When I say everyone, I am including all of the personnel in the background that the customer rarely sees. It takes a TEAM to make things happen and this dealership most certainly maintains that. I want to Thank You for my most recent new vehicle deal and all of the previous experiences. I'm loving my brand new red Focus! OK-off my soapbox! More

This is my 2nd King Ranch Expedition & is all I will purchase in the future as the comfort of the vehicles is surpassed by any other vehicles I have previiously owned. The sales team that you have at Pa purchase in the future as the comfort of the vehicles is surpassed by any other vehicles I have previiously owned. The sales team that you have at Park Ford of Wesley Chapel did an excellent job meeting my expectations on my new vehicle. Kevin Sawyer, Terry Mullane & Paul in your finance dept. were very informative as well as thourogh to handle my every need. I purchased a new Lincoln MKX for my wife from Terry Mullane 8 months ago(she love's it) and I will continue to purchase a new truck every 3-4 years prior to 60,000 miles & look forward to once again working with your team!
