Best Car buying experience ever! My sales experience at Park's Ford of Wesley Chapel was great! I had already spoken to my salesman, Will Bozeman on the phone about a car that I like My sales experience at Park's Ford of Wesley Chapel was great! I had already spoken to my salesman, Will Bozeman on the phone about a car that I liked, that he had suggested. When I arrived at the dealership my Escape was waiting out front ready for me to test drive it. I loved it from the start! Even though it had been leased prior to my ownership, it was pristine! I asked Will to show me some other cars just to say I looked at others, but I knew right away that I wanted the Escape. He showed me several others, but I decided on the Silver Escape. The paperwork process was quick and easy and within a very short period of time I was driving my Escape home to Plant City. Thank you for your wonderful sales team, especially Will Bozeman and Carlos Gonzalez. It was nice that even other salesmen, Frank Lacey and Terry Mullane came by Will's office and introduced themselves. That made me feel at ease. Overall a 5 star experience! More

Everybody, form the General Manager, the Sales Manager, Mr. Carlos Gonzalez and my salesman Mr. Dorian Sinclair, took a close and personal approach to my situation and needs and made every possible effort to find me a deal. I am extremely thankful and great full for their level of service. They have gained a customer for life. More

"Deceitful Sales Manager" Parks Ford Online Sales Manager Robert Vido sold me a 2007 F150 with financing at $ 21,000.00, Very nice looking truck in the darkness of night. I am Parks Ford Online Sales Manager Robert Vido sold me a 2007 F150 with financing at $ 21,000.00, Very nice looking truck in the darkness of night. I am shocked with Online Sales Manager Robert Vido for not informing me prior to the purchase of this truck about the extremely damaged front bumper. Mr. Vido was fully aware of this damage and failed to inform me of this. I am disappointed Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel would allow the deceitful sales tactics to their customers of twenty plus years from a Sales Manager. After the surprise of seeing the extremely damaged front bumper for the first time the following morning. I immediately contacted Mr. Vido. To my surprise Mr. Vido informed me the "sales is final" After a large amount of calls and emails to Terry Mullane the damaged front bumper was replaced at no cost. I am very unhappy with the "Deceitful sales tactics" and the many issues with this vehicle. Do not buy from this Ford Dealership. More

They really take care of you! I was having a hard time finding some very special stripes for my 2014 Mustang. I had called everywhere and searched online, to no avail. I talked to the service department at PFofWC and within a day Alan Sarnes and his supervisor Ellis Adams had found them. I can't stress strongly enough how friendly and knowledgeable this dealership is. I bought my car new and will not consider taking it anywhere else. My exceptional experiences with this dealership started with Brett Rumford in sales and ended with Terry Mullane personally coming down to check on my satisfaction. They care - at ALL levels. More

I brought my brand new Fiesta to Service at 6698 miles. The entire transmission had to be replaced. I was beside myself as I knew right then and there, I was taken advantage of. A few days after I picked it up, I went back to service as they had not reset my driver window; however, I could still feel hesitation when accelerating and a noise on my driver side. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to speak to me, Terry Mullane comes out thinking he can intimidate me. (I was there alone, without a male companion.) He sits down for 30 seconds and tells me to drop the attitude. So other than being sold a lemon, getting taken advantage of, I was disrespected as well. Needless to say, I am now moving forward by taking this issue to the top. I refuse to have my feelings discounted and get talked down to by a shady dealer. If I would have had a male with me, he would have never said the things he said. Also, I have a right to be upset as Terry Mullane isn't paying my bills. More

We purchased a new 2013 Explorer with most every option available and Kevin was so good to take his time and effort to show us about as many of the tech toys as we could absorb in one day and also to answe available and Kevin was so good to take his time and effort to show us about as many of the tech toys as we could absorb in one day and also to answer our questions and never make us feel "dumb" if we didn't know about something. There was never any "pressure" from anyone, including Duber in the finance office, to purchase any additional services, products, etc. (altho' we did!). Everyone we dealt with was very personable and accomodating. Not only are we pleased with our new exciting Explorer, but also with the entire purchase experience. More
