I currently live in Akron, Ohio with my husband. Together, we have 7 children, 2 dogs and a cat! I have been in the car industry for 25 years, 11 of those at Metro Lexus. I love what I do. I purchased my second Lexus from Metro Lexus prior to my employment and was so wow'd by the dealership and my experience, that I knew that this was the place for me! ...driving my fifth Lexus now. Purchasing a new or pre owned vehicle does not have to be a bad experience…You deserve to be treated special too!

Words can’t describe how amazing Terry Ramey is! She helped me purchase my first “big girl” car after I graduated a year ago. Due to the current challenges in the market, I have been trying to buy a 2022 Lexus NX hybrid since December 2021. I finally picked up my new vehicle on June 9, 2022. I can honestly say that this was the trying to buy a 2022 Lexus NX hybrid since December 2021. I finally picked up my new vehicle on June 9, 2022. I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience ever. My sales consultant Terry stayed in touch the entire time. This was more like a conversation than the haggling experience I've encountered at other dealerships. Everyone else I encountered was knowledgeable and friendly. It was truly a pleasure, including the "big reveal" at the end. I may have just become a Metro Lexus customer for life. More
