I currently live in Akron, Ohio with my husband. Together, we have 7 children, 2 dogs and a cat! I have been in the car industry for 25 years, 11 of those at Metro Lexus. I love what I do. I purchased my second Lexus from Metro Lexus prior to my employment and was so wow'd by the dealership and my experience, that I knew that this was the place for me! ...driving my fifth Lexus now. Purchasing a new or pre owned vehicle does not have to be a bad experience…You deserve to be treated special too!

Over the years we have gotten a Lexus each time from this dealership because of the staff being so nice and courteous . However, this was our first time working with Terry who was so very nice. She made sure dealership because of the staff being so nice and courteous . However, this was our first time working with Terry who was so very nice. She made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. My husband was happy to see his friend Bosco who is very friendly. Tony was another young man that we had the pleasure of meeting who gave very good advice concerning my wife's 2002 hard top red convertible Lexus that still runs as good as it did years ago. We definitely will always recommend this Lexus dealership for anyone who wants to purchase a Lexus. More

We purchased our RX from Terry Ramey at Metro Lexus this month. It was such a wonderful experience from each person we interacted with at Metro. But Terry was a star, she came in on her day off, in basicall month. It was such a wonderful experience from each person we interacted with at Metro. But Terry was a star, she came in on her day off, in basically a blizzard to delivery our RX! Talk about dedication and service!! The dealership is clean, modern and each person their provides excellent service.
