Initial impression is great. Terry was extremely personable and helpful. And even more important she was able to get the car I wanted! The caveat is that all dealers are really concerned with the customer before the sale but only a few carry that concern forward after the sale. I think Metro Lexus will one of those that are concerned with pleasing the customer throughout ownership. More
