I currently live in Akron, Ohio with my husband. Together, we have 7 children, 2 dogs and a cat! I have been in the car industry for 25 years, 11 of those at Metro Lexus. I love what I do. I purchased my second Lexus from Metro Lexus prior to my employment and was so wow'd by the dealership and my experience, that I knew that this was the place for me! ...driving my fifth Lexus now. Purchasing a new or pre owned vehicle does not have to be a bad experience…You deserve to be treated special too!

Following up, attention to detail, great communication, gains trust. Terry Ramey met us at the door when we walked in to the dealership. It takes a while before I let my guard of any salesperson I encounter down. Terry not only broke through that barrier but she went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was a pleasure. The people at the dealership all called me by name which in itself these days is rare. I was very impressed. Since I bought my last car at Metro Lexus most of the staff changed, this is now my 6th Lexus. I am a person who doesn't listen to what people say.......I just watch what they do.
