Thank you Metro Lexus Two years ago I came over to metro Lexis and drove one of the Lexus RX. After the test drive I was sold on the car. Amazing experience Terry was out of this world amazing. She made me so excited for my new car, with absolutely no pressure! The only problem that i experienced was that Terry was out of this world amazing. She made me so excited for my new car, with absolutely no pressure! The only problem that i experienced was that the reception was rude. She starred at my friend and I to the extent that my friend had to ask her if she was doing ok. We can in to purchase a car and were met with rude attention. The purchase process took three hours, which is reasonable, and during that time we explored the cars on the floor. I called her, told her what had happened, what I was looking for and she went from there. She listened to what I wanted in a car. She understood how important safety was to me and was there every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was first class all the way.
