Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the vehicle I purchased. When I got home and inspected it closer I was surprised and disappointed by the amount of built up dirt that had been left on th vehicle I purchased. When I got home and inspected it closer I was surprised and disappointed by the amount of built up dirt that had been left on the body, under the hood and hatch. It's one of the reasons I initially had reservations about buying a vehicle with a black exterior. I'm concerned that by not getting a thorough wash and detail before I noticed the issue it could lead to problems with the quality of the exterior down the road. A professional detailing is not an expense I thought I'd have to consider this early in the process. More

My salesman Theodore Schroeder really made my buying experience great. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and had answers for any questions we had.
