I'm from out of state but looked into Toyota of TB as I assumed they would have a wider selection of Hybrids to choose from - and they certainly did. Thierno Bah was my first salesman - he was very pleasan assumed they would have a wider selection of Hybrids to choose from - and they certainly did. Thierno Bah was my first salesman - he was very pleasant, young and eager, and not at all pushy; and what questions he couldn't answer, he asked his manager. I enjoyed working with him, and he was helpful in showing me the new technology I am unfamiliar with. However, the price they quoted was more than I was willing to pay, so I did not pursue it any further. But I got a call back from Mark Caivano about 2 weeks later, who asked me to come back "to find a price that will work" (also very pleasant by phone and in person). TofTB met my price point, so Dean Ricci was the man to wrap it all up. He was quick, and to the point and kept it simple and friendly. In fact, Dean came to my rescue when I discovered a math error later in the day that a new employee from the financial dept had made. When I called Dean back, he said come in and ask for him and he would help get it fixed. I went back and he personally went to that dept and made sure someone within financing took a look right away. That was Freddy Romero - he fixed the error quickly, politely, and with only a little paperwork. I appreciated that as well. The only thing I didn't care for in my experience with TofTB, was that you deal with several different people while purchasing a car - one to help with each part of the process. I'm sure that is to make the whole deal work more efficiently, but it's a little off putting and potentially confusing. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend working with any of the gentlemen that I mentioned above. I'd certainly go back there again if I should need a car. More
