Not happy We agreed on a price. They did not hold to their agreement. They raised the price 1,000.00 and then subtracted the Toyota 1,000 financing bonus. So o We agreed on a price. They did not hold to their agreement. They raised the price 1,000.00 and then subtracted the Toyota 1,000 financing bonus. So on paper they gave it to me but not really. Toyota says it’s an extra bonus. Should have been 26,400 minus 1,000 bonus. Also they took my trade in to come to agreed price. They were so dishonest at end. Did not catch this until I saw invoice in finance office. Neither Thom or manager would fix this. They took my car and 1,,000 But on paper it looks like I got the deal They lost potential customers as a result. The agreed price for car was $1,00 less. Not final price. I’m writing consumer dept of local tv stations. At least the word will be out there. I pointed this out to Thom and nothing was done. A letter will be sent to president of Sloan’s so he will be aware. Made us wait almost an hour for car. Car was sitting on lot for about 45 mins. Said car was being detailed. How much detailing is needed for a new car. He was with another person keeping us waiting. When I talked to him about my concern all he would say I’m sorry you feel that way and did nothing More
