Salesperson incredibly responsive. Friendly. Went out of way during delivery to accommodate needs. Kept in touch while waiting for delivery. Other dealership staff: 1) great greet Friendly. Went out of way during delivery to accommodate needs. Kept in touch while waiting for delivery. Other dealership staff: 1) great greeter. Engaging and kept me comfortable for hand off. 2) sales mgr. Friendly. Good email followup. Price matched after another dealer made better but wouldn’t make deal on that price initially. 3) F & I office. Efficient. Level of push on “optional” extended maintenance packages about average. About 30 minutes hearing pitch longer than I needed. I wish there was a way to opt out of that experience. I did appreciate that he does have a job to do that may benefit some and that he did so efficiently. Price was as negotiated. That’s a plus. This dealer, like most now in PA, adds on bogus fee of $464 for their “fee” in processing paperwork. Leaves bad taste. Just profit that’s hidden from all but savvy buyers - a true junk fee that obfuscates car true cost and can overly prey on the uninformed poorer buyer. Overall experience: B+ Summary: better than many buying experiences. Would return. More
