My sale was not just for my excellent Sales person Adrian McRae, I personally felt that it was a win for the entire team at Bozard Lincoln; and frankly, that does not go unnoticed. I loved every minute, and drove off with my perfect car that was made possible by the entire staff. Grateful for Jonathan who worked partnership with Adrian and addressed all our needs and wants. Together they went above & beyond our expectations. Again a special congratulations to the entire team at Bozard Lincoln for superior Customer Service. We have been buying vehicles from Bozard for many many years!! It is a friendly hometown dealership with outstanding customer service before, during and after the sale. If you have any issues they will do whatever it takes to correct it. Our salesperson Ashely Smith was awesome!!! She is very professional and provides a great sales experience. The new Lincoln building is beautiful, and has so many upgrades that are superb, the only thing I did not like was sitting out in the open to conduct the deal. I just felt that my personal information was being broadcast to everyone within hearing distance. When it came time for the delivery, the room for that was awesome and what I would have expected for the entire deal. Having your vehicle right there inside was pretty cool..!!!! Morgan and Courtney who were part of this deal also, were just outstanding... Lincoln has put together a great team!!!! More
