I can not say enough good things about Tom!! He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the car we were interested in! He was not like a regular sales person, he actually talked with us and got to extremely knowledgeable when it came to the car we were interested in! Wonderful and honest experience buying my 2nd Ford Edge. The pricing was fair to both of us right away. There wasn’t a need to go back and forth. I had been looking around for months and researching different makes/models. Visited 3 dealerships and walked out of them all. I bought a CPO Ford Edge 50 min away instead of 3 miles to the Ford dealership in New Bedford because of the treatment and fairness. Thanks Tom D, and Joe from finance (whom wasn’t pushy but def funny). More

Tom is by far the best sales person i have ever worked with. He made us feel welcomed andcomfortable. Did not come across as pushy and listened to what we wanted. Our sales rep. Tom D'Andrea was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient . He answered all our ?? and reviewed & programmed the new vehicle for us. The $$ on our new 2019 Titanium Escape and our trade friendly and patient . He answered all our ?? and reviewed & programmed the new vehicle for us. The $$ on our new 2019 Titanium Escape and our trade in was very reasonable. We did our homework beforehand and were aware of values. It was a good experience. Highly recommend. Great Experience!! I've been thinking about getting a new car for an year now, but only got serious about it in the past month or so. After researching online and in I've been thinking about getting a new car for an year now, but only got serious about it in the past month or so. After researching online and in a few local dealerships, I came across Imperial Ford on CarFax, with a really good deal on a Ford Escape Titanium I was interested on. I then added my e-mail to the car listing and was contacted by e-mail later on the same day by Jim. A week later, I decided to call them to schedule an appointment to test drive the same car. A few minutes later, my assigned sales agent, Morgan, send texts with the information about the car to include a video detailing all its features. During my appointment I was welcomed by Thomas, who walked me to Morgan. On the test drive, she was very honest and upfront about her sale approach and never forced me to take any decisions without knowing the whole picture. She took her time to explain the whole process, and how she would handle all the paperwork to make this whole process as smooth as I possible. I also met Lou Carvalho and David Kerr, who went above and beyond to not only make my visit a great one, but were extremely patient on explaining every detail and transparent in every step of the way. And for gifting my boyfriend and I a gift certificate for the diner across the street! I'd highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. If you're looking for a welcoming place, friendly employees who don't push a sale on you, and a great deal, this is the place! More

Excellent and Professional Imperial Ford provides an excellent and professional experience. They both were able to assist me with trading in my older truck while providing the best price for the truck I wanted. I am very happy with my experience at Imperial Ford and my new truck. Tom made what can be a stressful experience exceptionally pleasant. Tom was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. He listened, he was not pushy, he seemed like he truly wanted to help us get the vehicle we wanted. The overall Imperial Experience was 5 stars. We are already talking about coming back when my wife is in need of a new vehicle. More
