My husband is recovering from a serious accident and I was able to conduct much of our pre-sale discussions over the phone with Tom Darby. He sent me several emails, texts and returned promptly my phone calls. He found and had delivered the exact vehicle that we wanted. When we came in to finalize our paperwork, Tom Darby met us in the parking lot and even helped put together my husband’s wheel chair for me! He is very personable, friendly, and had everything ready for us!, He took the time to make sure that we understood everything and that we were very pleased with our beautiful 2019 Subaru Forester! We left feeling like we truly have a new friend. Brent Beck in Finance was also very friendly and easy to talk with. He went over everything and we never felt pressured at all. He took his time and answered every question. My husband and Brent really hit it off talking about old times, cars and motorcycles. I had already owned my dream car and didn’t want to get rid of it, but because of an unfortu I came to Subaru unplanned, all the way from Los Angeles. We came to Subaru because I was aware of its reputation of reliability and the dealership was close to my parents house - which is where one of the two trade-ins was garaged (my ex-husband’s car that I leased for him.) I was nervous - sick to my stomach to be honest. I didn’t know if I would have to owe money or if I’d be upside-down. But I’m ecstatic to say how lucky we were to have Darby help us out of this situation. I was straight forward and told him the situation, what car I was interested in and what my budget was. He obliged to not only all of that, but in a swift time frame with a genuine, personable demeanor. He made me feel comfortable from the moment we sat down. Stress and fear turned into joy and relief. I can’t tell you how proud and excited I am to be an owner of a Certified Subaru Impreza. She’s beautiful! I’m addition, thank you to Darby and Joseph for guiding me in the right direction as far as warranties and additional coverage. They did not over-sell or push me in any way at all... extremely informative and reasonable! Answered all of my questions about the car as well as some questions about the best fishing spots around the area. Took a relaxed test drive, did the numbers, bought the car....no pressure to buy at all. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and conscious of my time. Darby did an outstanding job of delivering the car, explaining in detail how everything works. Would recommend this dealership and particularly Tom Darby to anyone looking for a new car! More
