Team work low pressure This was a very emotional purchase for me due to this being the first vehicle I have purchased since my son died 17 months ago. The vehicle the forest This was a very emotional purchase for me due to this being the first vehicle I have purchased since my son died 17 months ago. The vehicle the forester is replacing was the vehicle I raised my son in as we took countless adventures camping fishing etc. The emotional stress coupled with the stress of purchasing a new vehicle on my teacher salary was at times very emotional. Darby was really patient and kind in helping me understand basic things when my grief brain locked up on simple elements to the deal. He was great and for a young man he was kind beyond his years and a fantastic introduction to Subaru. If the rest of the employees and this company is anywhere close to Darbys kindness and patience I will be a die hard loyal customer for life and advertise Subaru to my school community. More

They had what I wanted and at a very good price! My husband and I came from New Mexico to check out a Subaru. I knew what I wanted and they had several to choose from. Sean was very pleasant to work My husband and I came from New Mexico to check out a Subaru. I knew what I wanted and they had several to choose from. Sean was very pleasant to work with and he show me what was new in the cars. There was absolutely no pressure. We left to discuss our options. Sean left for vacation and he had his talk to Tom Darby. Sean had told Tom everything that we wanted in a new car and he took over without missing a step. Needless to say we walked out of there with a car I wanted and the price my husband wanted. Brent made the financing easy for us. I would definitely come back to this dealership! More

Our sales associate Darby was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested and was straight forward with everything. No pressure to buy and respected my budget. He didn't try to make the vehicle something it wasn't and sold it for what it is. No buyers remorse here and I get a grin every time I step on the gas! Thanks Darby. More
