We met Tom Darby at the Phoenix car show in November, 2017. We were interested only in the 2018 Outback and he focused on that car. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the bells and whistles available. We went to the dealership to meet with Tom for further info and a test drive but unfortunately he was taken ill and we continued with his co-worker Ron Lundberg. The great experience we had with Tom continued with Ron. The process was thorough without being tedious. We were shown different Outback options and took a test drive. We decided on the Limited model with all the safety features that we were expecting while staying within our budget. It took a little over a week to deliver and dealer prep our new "Baby" but was well worth the wait. The time and effort put into our purchase by Tom and Ron was exceptional. The delivery was handled by Danielle who answered all of our questions and concerns while showing us how all buttons and levers worked. We love our new car and we love the Subaru Superstore. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and assistance in the purchase of the car of your dreams. More

This was the opposite of other dealerships I had visited previously. Tom listened when I had questions, concerns, or stated I wanted to think through the options. Instead of a phone call/email every day, I was allowed to look at my options and follow up on my own schedule. All associates I worked with were very professional and helpful throughout the process from the initial test drive to final purchase. He was so knowledgeable, but also NOT at all pushy and a smooth transaction. He's the BEST in the business. How do I know he's the best? Well...(side story) I'm not sure what possessed me to go stupidly to another dealership instead of going with Tom when leasing my first car, but it was a BIG MISTAKE. I had a horrendous experience and learned EXACTLY what a real car salesman with integrity was: Tom. He helped guide me out of that terrible situation (even though he didn't have to), and then helped me get a good deal on a Subaru. He's just so knowledgeable, he might as well have a PhD in Subarus and finance. He's so pleasant to work with and does things with integrity. I would highly recommend him and Subarus altogether. More
