We missed that solid, safe feeling and the experience of long lasting, low maintenance vehicles. We are getting up there in years, and have bought many vehicles. We walked in hoping to not get beat up too badly, and walk away with a fairly good deal. Darby walked out and greeted us with a genuine smile and offered his hand to shake. From there, he impressed us with his honest personality, product knowledge and absolutely ZERO pressure experience he gave us. He was patient with us, as we had no idea what we wanted and showed us everything we asked to see and answered every question we had to help us select the best vehicle for us. The best part was, when we found the one question he didn't know(regarding snow chains and the AWD system) rather than make up an answer, he went to service and found out!
