At no point did I feel pressure, or a salesman approach, or that I was treated differently being a woman looking at vehicles. Mr. Darby made this experience a pleasure. He explained the outstanding safety features that Subaru is known for, that simply stand above the rest. Tom went on to explain how the safety features work. It wasn't an overload of information, I left the dealership truly understanding how to use each function. I can't explain how impressed I am with Subaru and their effort at being the top in safety-it is obvious! I do plan to purchase this Legacy, it will be our families first Subaru and I have a strong feeling, it won't be our last. Thank you Tom Darby for being the professional vehicle educator that you are. We will also be looking forward to the new larger SUV that Subaru will be coming out with in the future. More
