We missed that solid, safe feeling and the experience of long lasting, low maintenance vehicles. We are getting up there in years, and have bought many vehicles. We walked in hoping to not get beat up too badly, and walk away with a fairly good deal. Darby walked out and greeted us with a genuine smile and offered his hand to shake. From there, he impressed us with his honest personality, product knowledge and absolutely ZERO pressure experience he gave us. He was patient with us, as we had no idea what we wanted and showed us everything we asked to see and answered every question we had to help us select the best vehicle for us. The best part was, when we found the one question he didn't know(regarding snow chains and the AWD system) rather than make up an answer, he went to service and found out! Thank you for being honest and straight forward in an industry where that is rare! If your going to Superstore, definitely ask for Darby! More

I took a road test with Tom Darby and ended up purchasing a new Forester! .Tom Darby addressed all my questions and concerns, making sure that I was happy with both the car and the process of buying the car. It's only been two days, and there is much I need to learn about the car. I was surprised to find out that the dealership offers classes to help buyers to learn about all the many features and functions of this amazing new car! At no point did I feel pressure, or a salesman approach, or that I was treated differently being a woman looking at vehicles. Mr. Darby made this experience a pleasure. He explained the outstanding safety features that Subaru is known for, that simply stand above the rest. Tom went on to explain how the safety features work. It wasn't an overload of information, I left the dealership truly understanding how to use each function. I can't explain how impressed I am with Subaru and their effort at being the top in safety-it is obvious! I do plan to purchase this Legacy, it will be our families first Subaru and I have a strong feeling, it won't be our last. Thank you Tom Darby for being the professional vehicle educator that you are. We will also be looking forward to the new larger SUV that Subaru will be coming out with in the future. More
