Most comfortable car purchase ever! I brought my 2014 Forester in for an oil change with Mike Harris. I took a road test with Tom Darby and ended up purchasing a new Forester! .Tom Darby addressed all my questions and concerns, making sure that I was happy with both the car and the process of buying the car. It's only been two days, and there is much I need to learn about the car. I was surprised to find out that the dealership offers classes to help buyers to learn about all the many features and functions of this amazing new car! At no point did I feel pressure, or a salesman approach, or that I was treated differently being a woman looking at vehicles. Mr. Darby made this experience a pleasure. He explained the outstanding safety features that Subaru is known for, that simply stand above the rest. Tom went on to explain how the safety features work. It wasn't an overload of information, I left the dealership truly understanding how to use each function. I can't explain how impressed I am with Subaru and their effort at being the top in safety-it is obvious! I do plan to purchase this Legacy, it will be our families first Subaru and I have a strong feeling, it won't be our last. Thank you Tom Darby for being the professional vehicle educator that you are. We will also be looking forward to the new larger SUV that Subaru will be coming out with in the future. More
