He made this transaction quick from start to finish. Bob kept me updated, whether it was a phone call or e-mail, about the daily inventory of the Cherokee, in particular the model and equipment I was wanting. The paperwork was all set for me to sign when I came into the dealership and everything that was discussed prior was the same on delivery day. There were no hidden fees or any tricks. This was my fifth purchase/lease of a vehicle from Sterling Heights Dodge since 2010. Every transaction has been very positive and this most recent purchase didn't disappoint. My salesman, Bob Dattilio, was terrific through the entire process of leasing the Ram truck. He was very helpful, informative, and transparent in helping me with the transaction. He gave me quotes on a couple of different vehicles I was interested in including what the monthly payment would be with no money down and with a certain amount down. As what has become customary I was not disappointed with my latest sales experience with the folks at Sterling Heights CDJR. My salesman was Bob Dattilio. He was very personable, helpful, no pressure, and knows how to take care of his customer. Bob was very good about getting back to me whether it was a phone call or e-mail. He got me to the price point I was desiring. All of the work was done over the phone. On the day of delivery I just had to come in with my check, sign some papers, learn about the features of the Dodge Journey, and off I went. I definitely recommend going to this dealership and working with Bob Dattilio. I personally thanked the sales manager, Russ Maisano, and the owner, Mr. Viviano before I left the dealership.
