I scheduled (around 5 PM) a next day appointment to see an used car and made sure the car was available. Robert, the internet service desk confirmed that the vehicle was available for test drive. When I drove 40 miles down, the dealership told that the car was sold - seriously within a day? That car was listed at their website for over a month!. Apparently, the internet service desk was not informed of the sales. Wasted my 3 hours - very disrespectful of my time. More

Tommy Flynn was an excellent salesman. He went over and beyond his duty to help me out while buying my vehicle. Unfortunately I can't speak for the rest of the deal. Everything took longer that it should have and I was promised floor mats that I never got. More
