Tom under promised, but over delivered on the estimated time to perform the oil change. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I arrive at 7:00 A.M. on a Saturday. I still think that it is time to perform the oil change. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I arrive at 7:00 A.M. on a Saturday. I still think that it is crazy to require 1-2 hours for an oil change. Next time, I will make an appointment and see if it any shorter. More
