Tom Gernhart took great care to make sure our car was repaired and ready the same day. He was very courteous and made sure to call us and keep us informed of what needed to be done, price quote and when repaired and ready the same day. Hope was my salesperson and was very engaged during the sales process. I was promised my extra set of keys at the time of sale and was also warned of a possible touchscreen issue with the car. The day I sales process. I was promised my extra set of keys at the time of sale and was also warned of a possible touchscreen issue with the car. The day I bought the car the touchscreen broke. Once the deal was done and I signed for my 50k Corvette, I had to follow up with Hope 3 separate times to get my keys and help me resolve the touchscreen issue with promises of a call back that never happened. Tom Gernhart finally took care of everything and he has been excellent. However, because of the issues with the salesperson and complete lack of follow up after the sale I will not buy another car here or recommend this dealership. More
