Hi Michelle, this issue should have never happened. When the manger in the service department told me the stud issue will be handled I am good with that. Let me tell you tossing a wrench into my day agreeing to wait for my car. Then have Thomas come out and change the rules. Telling me I need to purchase a new hub plus labor dose not sit well.
