I brought my car into Brandon Honda about a crossed threaded wheel stud that one of the Tecs had done. I spoke to the service manger (sorry don`t recall her name) she said that they would have the stud threaded wheel stud that one of the Tecs had done. I spoke to the service manger (sorry don`t recall her name) she said that they would have the stud replaced @ no-charge. When my car came out of the service shop Thomas Gernhart at Brandon Honda told me there is no way our Tec cross threaded your stud. That lead up to Thomas Gernhart telling me if you want the stud replaced you have to purchase a new wheel hub. Well you don`t have to replace a wheel hub to replace a wheel stud. With that being said this is the third time this has happened. Brandon Honda is the only one that has worked on my car, till I had to get a second opinion about a transmission mount that Brandon Honda said was bad. I am glad I got that second opinion did not need replaced. I love my Honda CRV, but I will NEVER purchase a car from Brandon Honda again. Jim C Riverview More
