Thomas Gernhart listened attentively to my concern about reports of random braking on Honda CRVs, specifically my 2018 CRV and the recent experience I had with the BRAKE waring light initiating for no reaso reports of random braking on Honda CRVs, specifically my 2018 CRV and the recent experience I had with the BRAKE waring light initiating for no reason. He agreed to run a diagnostic and nothing was noted. He assured me my vehicle was safe to drive and he would feel safe driving his children in my 2018 CRV. I always enjoy going to this dealership. Spoke with my salesperson James Kirk and our finance manager Chris Shotwell during the visit.
