Thomas my service advisor was fantastic! He went above and beyond. I received a free full detail on this trip because when I bought my Honda Pilot in December 2020 the detail job they did on it was horrib and beyond. I received a free full detail on this trip because when I bought my Honda Pilot in December 2020 the detail job they did on it was horrible so I was told the next time I come in I would get a full detail inside and out. When Thomas and I went out to look at the car before I left he ended up sending it back into detail because they missed stuff...so I had to spend another hour and half there and I have already been there for 8 hours. When I finally got my car back I noticed they still didn't thoroughly clean my rubber mats, missed vacuuming under my driver side seat and didn't get the goo off my window. I was just ready to get home at that point and left. So really my only complaint is that those working in the detail department need to be trained on how to actually detail a car. One other thing my driver's side mirror vibrates when driving and it wasn't correctly diagnosed....I doubt the technician actually took my car for a test drive and stated he couldn't reproduce it...as soon as i pulled out on the road it started vibrating. The 5 star rating is for my advisor Thomas otherwise I would have given a 2 or 3 More

Tom has been my service advisor each time I've had my vehicle in for service. He's always customer oriented and goes above and beyond to ensure my Honda is well taken care of. Thomas Gernhart is a great service department employee. He helped me with my first problem on my new 2021 Accord, and is helping with the my infotainment display not working. Thomas is great, but I have only had my Accord a little over a month, and I am onmy second major problem with the car. Without the dispaly, about 80% of what I use, I can't. By backup camera can't be used. I can only turn up and down the volume of the radio with the buttons on the steering wheel. This was my eighth vehicle bought from Brandon Honda, and my first Accord sedan. More
