While my experience with Tom G. was wonderful as he was beyond kind and understanding with me, I am less than pleased with your service department. A separate issue I asked to have looked at wasn't done, beyond kind and understanding with me, I am less than pleased with your service department. A separate issue I asked to have looked at wasn't done, and is still causing me irritation today. Then a nail that was found in our tire that we were assured would be taken care of wasn't, forcing me to turn around and come right back to the dealership after driving away, and making me wait 50 extra minutes after leaving the van there initially from 730am - 5pm. But I'd like to state again that Tom G. was wonderful and so helpful, going the extra mile by finding a lender car for me quickly, allowing me to get to work. Four days later, and I'm still so appreciative of his kindness. More

Tom G. Asst Service Mgr, was totally professional. I arrived with several Honda Service Recalls which would require some time. He was totally unfazed with the complexity of my service request. He imme arrived with several Honda Service Recalls which would require some time. He was totally unfazed with the complexity of my service request. He immediately went to work and advised me of the no charge for the oil change without me having to say a word. He gave me a reliable estimate for time required to do the oil change, wheel alignment, and the the service recalls. The job was finished about a half hour earlier than I was told, and our car returned after a car wash which was badly needed, after being parked under an Oak tree at our residence for several days. I strongly recommend Brandon Honda and Tom G. for your auto service. More

Went to the dealership, for a cosmetic repair, was prepared to wait w/ a toddler and was mentally prepared for whatever happens, just to only pull up in the service line, signed in for the repair, NOT prepared to wait w/ a toddler and was mentally prepared for whatever happens, just to only pull up in the service line, signed in for the repair, NOT knowing service was literally a 5-7 min wait, due to me needing extra time to put the toddler back in car seat Boom, you have been serviced. We took our vehicle to Brandon Honda because we had a message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. They went right to work, our service manager, Tom Gernhart called us later and advised us the message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. We just picked up the vehicle and Tom took the time to explain the issue in "plain English" and apologized for the delay. Then his manager, Jen called to follow up also. Service like this is what keeps us coming back to the this dealership. More

I took my Honda Civic to Brandon Honda to replace a leaking tire and I would say that maybe a couple of mistakes were made. I do not think that the job was done satisfactorily. However, they were very leaking tire and I would say that maybe a couple of mistakes were made. I do not think that the job was done satisfactorily. However, they were very courteous, apologetic and quick to respond and correct the problem. So I really do not have any concerns with taking my car to this dealership again for repairs. They are very customer friendly and really believe in total customer satisfaction. More
