Fantastic Experience I was very impressed the moment I walked into the dealership from the cleanliness to the friendly smiles. I was there to see what was available in a used 2010 -2011 MB 300. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tom Knoblock Jr. who explained the vehicles and the differences to me. I mentioned that it was a dream of mine to have a Mercedes but I had a 2008 Toyota Highlander that I needed to trade and the payoff was probably more than it was worth. Tom said he would call around to get the best price for the trade, but it could take a little while. Within a day, not only did Tom get me a fantastic price for my Highlander but was able to get me into a 2012 MB 300 4Matic, loaded. On delivery day my wife and granddaughter went to pick up the car. The delivery process was unbelievable, the car was in the drive thru all clean and waxed just waiting to go home. Tom, very patiently showed and explain everything to me and went over the entire process again with my wife. We were really truly impressed with his knowledge. I live 50 some miles from Mercedes Benz Princeton but I was so impressed with Tom and the dealership that I will do my service work there also. I highly recommend Tom Knoblock Jr - he's not a salesperson he's a true a consultant. More
