The first time we met Thomas Ng was in March of 2017 at Paragon Acura. At that time my wife and I were exploring our options as we were not satisfied with the dealership or the brand we were driving. In our search we made several visits to Paragon Acura and other brand dealerships before making our final decision to lease two Acura's that day, a TLX A-spec and an RDX A-spec. As we walked through the Paragon Acura showroom Thomas Ng graciously asked if he could be of assistance. We followed him back to his desk area where we saw that his walls were stacked with shelves lined up with a huge display of achievement awards. We were about to find out how he earned all those awards. My wife and I still had numerous questions. As we asked our questions to Thomas he provided us with concise answers, not fluff. We were pleasantly surprised since that had not been our experience before this at other dealerships. The process went forward, the cars were awesome! My wife and I were happy that we had finally found a sales consultant, Thomas Ng, that was knowledgeable, with integrity and was trustworthy. Also, Paragon Acura, a dealership that was reliable, orderly and well organized, . Currently, it's time to renew our leases. My wife loved her 2019 RDX A-spec and I was so pleased with the styling and performance of my 2019 TLX A-spec that we decided to go with those models again in 2021, though I jumped up to the TLX TypeS. These cars did not disappoint. The RDX A-spec styling tweaks are nicely done. The performance and new interior design of my TLX TypeS is amazing. The entire sales process this time went even more smoothly, was relatively effortless with much less time waiting around thanks to the efforts of Thomas Ng who took care of everything (and continued to prove why he is so deserving of those many awards) also, the efficiency of the Paragon Acura team. At delivery, outside, my car was waiting freshly detailed and ready to go (my wife's car had been delivered similarly a few days earlier). Inside, paperwork was being completed and signed. When that was done Thomas presented me with a small gift bag. In it was my completed paperwork, the keys to my new car and an excellent bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon to enjoy and celebrate with... we thought that was classy! My wife and I will be driving Acura's for a long time. Of all the Acura dealerships in the New York area, Paragon Acura is the dealership we choose. Thomas Ng is one of the many reasons why. More
