I want to give a huge thanks to Thomas NG. Truly an exceptional Sales rep and person. He is a contradiction in a too often stereotyped industry. First time leasing after long time owning and using this exceptional Sales rep and person. He is a contradiction in a too often stereotyped industry. First time leasing after long time owning and using this dealer service center which is also top notch Stephon Solomon connected me with Thomas and from first phone call until last picture before we drove off Thomas put all of our needs first and answered all of our questions truthfully and advised us on the best set up. Thomas went above & beyond for us. We had a very bad experience with another salesman at Paragon so we were very reluctant to deal with Paragon again but took a chance by contacting Thomas due to car sh experience with another salesman at Paragon so we were very reluctant to deal with Paragon again but took a chance by contacting Thomas due to car shortage going on in the country. He was great from the beginning, working with me on his day off! If you want Acura, definitely contact him. If it wasn't for Thomas, I'd give Paragon one star. More
