Had been dealing with Tommy for several months just waiting for the right time to purchase a new Pacifica. I stopped into the dealership unexpected and Tommy was busy with another customer. Hunter ju waiting for the right time to purchase a new Pacifica. I stopped into the dealership unexpected and Tommy was busy with another customer. Hunter jumped in an assisted me and spent a lot of time with me answering questions until Tommy was available. I was then able to work with Tommy and got the model I wanted. With the deal happening while Tommy was going to be gone out of state again Hunter jumped right in and handled things with no hassles. Hunter followed up with many text messages, phone calls, and had the vehicle ready for pickup when the time came. Hunter got all the features dialed in and got us on the road quickly with the new vehicle. Hunter was awesome and has followed up a few times to make sure happy with the purchase. I also want to mention that Jared Burgess and Pat Garrett did a great job getting the deal done with I feel a great trade offer and final price. This deal coming together all happened in a very quick and timely manner. Tex Burkhardt in finance completed the final sales paperwork in quick time.
