Pleasant and relatively fast Thomas was great to work with and not high pressure. We were able to work a deal that we were happy with and I'm sure he and the dealership were happ Thomas was great to work with and not high pressure. I truly hate this aspect of the process with any and all dealerships. More

Great sales staff! I can't remember a time when I had a more pleasurable experience picking out and buying a car. Unlike the other dealerships we had visited the same I can't remember a time when I had a more pleasurable experience picking out and buying a car. Unlike the other dealerships we had visited the same weekend, we were not descended upon like an injured fish in a school of sharks. We were allowed to look around unmolested and get an idea of what we wanted. When we were ready to talk to a salesman, TC could not have been better. We told him our budget and never once attempted to push us past it. When I asked questions about certain models or features he gave honest feedback that mirrored a number reviews I had already read. Once we knew the model, TC was incredibly patient with us as we flipped back and forth through several trim levels. I would give him specs and he would respond back quite quickly with full pricing and availability on what I asked for. In the end we ended up wit the exact car, trim level, color and options we wanted at a great price. When it comes time for my next car purchase, my first and most likely last call will be to TC. More
