I love Lexus of Arlington. I always get the best service and the customer experience is excellent. The Service team is the best that I have ever experienced. The receptionist at the service desk for pickup and the customer experience is excellent. The Service team is the best that I have ever experienced. The receptionist at the service desk for pickup and payment is the best ever. She is so friendly and makes sure ai had a good experience. She is so wonderful. The service staff and technicians care about my safety and always look out for me. I always get a nice, beautiful clean car when they finish. I bought my SUV there when they first opened on the day they opened and will never go anywhere else! If anyone is looking to buy a new or used Lexus and/or needs service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Lexus of Arlington in Arlington Heights, Illinois to anyone. They are simply the BEST!!! More

Tom some manager there complete xxxxxxx. I have my Lexus wash there I specifically told the Porter to retract the antenna on my 24-year-old Lexus LS400 he failed to do so Tom comes out offers to fix it and wash there I specifically told the Porter to retract the antenna on my 24-year-old Lexus LS400 he failed to do so Tom comes out offers to fix it and does it to half xxx way by only replacing the mass puts the mass on wrong the first time waste my time gets it right third time within the third time he wanted me to come back the same day and bring back the company car talking about how I was going to be charge $50 a day because they broke my antenna couldn’t put it right The first time and it’s my fault that I have to keep the company car because you guys broke my car. Truly a poop experience with Lexus of AH thanks to Tom with his 20 plus years of experience he really enjoyed busting my chops And ruining my entire experience and week over $130 part big-time companies like this have insurance for dumb things like this . I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am to Tom in service for how he dealt with my husband, a man who besides having the oil changed hasn’t had his car in for service for years.
