Loaner car not offered I spent in excess of $50,000 for my car which I have had for 6 months. I need a whole new radio which can take up to 10 days just to get the part. I am now driving a car with no radio, no navigation, no Bluetooth and even my clock can’t be reset to the right time. I was never offered a loaner car even though the car I’m driving now in the state it’s in is totally unacceptable. I have a friend who experienced a similar problem with her Porsche. Good service, Overpriced I had a VSC engine light come on. Took my car in for a diagnostic check which was $155.00. Car needed an engine clean which was at least $750.. I opt I had a VSC engine light come on. Took my car in for a diagnostic check which was $155.00. Car needed an engine clean which was at least $750.. I opted not to have the repair because I’ll be selling the car soon and the problem is minor at this stage. ( Car rides rough at start up occasionally). No other fixes for this condition were offered. These dealers give consistently good service but also consistently high prices. I avoid the dealer whenever possible because of this. Service guy Tom P very nice and helpful as are all the guys. Service cashier very indifferent and unfriendly as is usually the case there. Bredemen cashiers are much better trained in customer service, always friendly and cheerful. More
