One of my worst experiences ever!!!!! in november 2018,i brought my forester for service on my a.c.to this location they charged me close to $1000.when i went use the a.c,nothing but hot a in november 2018,i brought my forester for service on my a.c.to this location they charged me close to $1000.when i went use the a.c,nothing but hot air.both the manager and the adviser tried to give me the "run around" before they tried to fix the problem a second time.this time they said it was a hose,so they said they changed it and told me the problem was fixed.i picked up my truck and before i got home the a.c was back to blowing hot air again.i pulled over and called them to report the situation a third time.they told me to bring the vehicle back,which i did the next day.at this point after two misdiagnosis the general manager was notified.he immediately became a co conspirator to the service nightmare.they are now trying to get me to pay another $900+ for what they now say is a defective compresser.of course i did refused because i got nothing but the same hot air i came in with in november for my $986.after pleading my case to no avail,i finally decided to let a judge handle sort out this nightmare! off the small claims court!!! More

Utter disrespect for customers I bought my Subaru from this dealership. I had a 11am appt scheduled for a yearly state inspection and oil change. I arrived 20 minutes early, so that I bought my Subaru from this dealership. I had a 11am appt scheduled for a yearly state inspection and oil change. I arrived 20 minutes early, so that everything would be on schedule. My car was promptly parked in the back lot and not even LOOKED at until 1:15pm, over 2.5hrs later. I didn’t leave until 1:45pm. I was there for over 3 hours for an inspection and oil change. Would this be acceptable if you showed up for a doctors appt and had to wait 3 hours? No. Absolutely not. Unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service. There were no updates, and they only looked at my car after I kept questioning what the status was. This is the second time in as many years that this has happened at this dealership. I plan to purchase my next vehicle elsewhere, and whenever possible, get service from another authorized dealership. More

Yes, However.... I bought my Forester at this dealership in 2011 (8 years ago). I have taken it to be serviced there for EVERYTHING from routine maintenance to damaged I bought my Forester at this dealership in 2011 (8 years ago). I have taken it to be serviced there for EVERYTHING from routine maintenance to damaged or worn parts. I made an appointment to have the Airbag recall fixed and was promised a loaner car because it was an "all day repair". When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told there were no cars available for me. Since I had a work meeting scheduled soon after I was to have dropped of the car, I rescheduled and left. 20 minutes later I got a call that a car was in fact available, but due to my scheduled meeting, I could not return. I never received a call to advise that my loaner request could not be accommodated. In the end, this meant that I waste 4 hours driving to and from the dealership twice to get the recall serviced. I live in Queens and a closer service center is available and more convenient to me, yet I come here because I bought the car here and they've always treated me well. However, in this instance, to not even get a phone call and have my time wasted was very disappointing. So much so, that I am discussing getting a car for my wife and am unsure how much this will affect my Subaru brand loyalty. Finally, there seems to be an issue with my suspension. I hear a noise when I make k-turns, but apparently no one can duplicate this when I bring the car in for service, which I've done twice for this issue. More

Good Subaru Dealership. I bought my first car at this dealership in 2007 since that day coming only here for anything my car needs to be done.
