We went in with pre approval from capital one and even when capital one interest rate was low finance lied to us saying rates were 5.99 for 800 credit score and then run us through toyota credit. Also we when capital one interest rate was low finance lied to us saying rates were 5.99 for 800 credit score and then run us through toyota credit. Also we have bought couple of cars from them since 2016 but this time the finance guy outright lied to us about fake fees and more monthly payment which included warranty of $1500 added in monthly payments and when I caught his lies calculating the finance terms, he didn’t even apologize and went straight to saying Im adding dealer fees since you guys are not buying the warranty plan. We went in to buy our car after the lease and instead was given this treatment basically he was making it sound like $1500 warranty was free and already added in monthly payments. I showed him auto loan calculator is showing $20 less for monthly payment for the said amount and same interest rate. Then realize he was lying and already added $1500 fee for warranty without even informing us and then selling us the warranty for $1 a month. What a shame, dealership needs to shut down now, Im glad fb marketplace and other online tools are killing their business. These people dont deserve anything. Scrambling for $50-$100 lying like we dumb fools. The fact that he was so confident and kept lying to my face just amazes me how low these guys have come. More
