Josh was amazing! !! He answered every question and then some. Also helped with identifying items in the K5 we were not familiar with as this is our 1st new car purc !! Sent my wife to service her car, and she was targeted. They sold her "fuel system cleaning" for over $100. (comes in a bottle for $5.) Brake fluid change, $60 rotation, etc. So a 3000 mile oil change They sold her "fuel system cleaning" for over $100. (comes in a bottle for $5.) Brake fluid change, $60 rotation, etc. So a 3000 mile oil change for a hybrid, with maybe 600 engine miles turns into nearly $500. More

Thank You Mike and Shelby for everything! While I did not purchase my Kia Soul from this location, I've gotten all of my routine maintenance completed at this location and the entire staff is amazing. From t purchase my Kia Soul from this location, I've gotten all of my routine maintenance completed at this location and the entire staff is amazing. From the Service department to Sales, this is a phenomenal team! I stopped in last Thursday because my check engine light came on. Now as a single mom of one, every dime counts! I was an emotional wreck when I pulled up because any unexpected costs is too much for me. After discovering what was wrong with my car, I decided to talk with Sales to see about a new car. I knew it was a longshot because my credit isn't perfect but I'd really been working on it. Long story short...with the help of the Magician Wands and the Superior Saleswoman Shelby, I rolled out of there with a brand new 2021 Kia Soul. Not only is this a huge accomplishment for me, but also an amazing job from the Sales Team. My son Chaise and I thank you very very much and we will see you sooner than later to upgrade to something bigger! If you're looking for a place with superior customer service, look no further. Go see Shelby and Mike and they'll get you rollin quick! Oh and Joe with the adorable 2-year old will make sure the financing is top notch! More

MY RECENT VIST TO LOU FUSZ KIA I came in to Lou Fusz Kia earlier this month because a front turn signal light went out. The problem was worse than I thought. The driver's side hea I came in to Lou Fusz Kia earlier this month because a front turn signal light went out. The problem was worse than I thought. The driver's side headlamp assembly needed to be replaced. A new assembly had to be ordered, but I got the matter resolved the next day. Meanwhile, the service crew noticed that my windshield wiper blades needed replacing. All in all, a good job was done. More
