I can honestly say that buying my car at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park in June 2022 was a fantastic shopping experience. Let’s face it, car buying can be stressful (especially nowadays), but my sales consul Pinellas Park in June 2022 was a fantastic shopping experience. Let’s face it, car buying can be stressful (especially nowadays), but my sales consultants, Tia Harr and Mike Tan, were so pleasant to deal with that I actually enjoyed it (especially Tia). The finance manager, Sejad, and the general manager were also great. Everyone involved was so friendly, genuine, honest, and transparent with pricing. Willing to go the extra mile for good service. Answered all my questions sincerely. No high pressure, just help and information so that I could make informed choices. They stayed well past closing to help wrap up all the paperwork so that I could drive home same evening with my new Honda Pilot SE. Crown Honda also offered the best price. I had checked out quite a few other dealerships beforehand, but because of low inventory many others are selling at or above sticker price and unwilling to negotiate. I can’t say enough good things about Crown Honda and will highly recommend them to all my friends. We went to several car dealerships, and the only person who made us feel comfortable in buying a car was TIA HARR. She made the process really easy and updates us every now and then. A real professional wh who made us feel comfortable in buying a car was TIA HARR. She made the process really easy and updates us every now and then. A real professional when it comes to communicating with her clients. When we were there she taught me how to navigate the Honda Car Link, and she even lent me her own phone connector. Unlike other car dealerships, they weren’t pushy and aggressive just to make a sale. She and MICHAEL TAN were easy to talk to. Really efficient.
