12 month service scheduled my 12 month service on line got my appointment also got a reminder text the day before my appointment.When I arrived at sanders service I c scheduled my 12 month service on line got my appointment also got a reminder text the day before my appointment.When I arrived at sanders service I checked in and in about an hour my vehicle was ready. They get it right when others can't I have vehicles over 10 almost 20 years old. I like my old vehicles and I don't want a new one. I occasionally take my vehicles to other mechanics I have vehicles over 10 almost 20 years old. I like my old vehicles and I don't want a new one. I occasionally take my vehicles to other mechanics because of their lower price for repairs. But when they can't fix it, FORD so far always has. I appreciate that they fix it and not force me to buy a new vehicle.. I love my Taurus Station Wagon and I know Ford does not make them anymore. Also I big shout out to Tipphanie O'Neal and her son Ryan! More

Highest quality personnel Sanders service personnel are professional and comply with all my requests. Recently asked them to service the moving parts of my undercarriage mounte Sanders service personnel are professional and comply with all my requests. Recently asked them to service the moving parts of my undercarriage mounted spare and lubricate all moving parts as the spare has not been removed since manufacture. It is five years old and 102,000 miles. This was completed without hesitation. Work estimates are always provided at least orally and are accurate. I’ve had brief interactions with their body shop, parts dept and sales and all department personnel have exceeded my expectations in internet skills and workmanship. More

Stewart Family Ford Ecosport Purchase Experience My wife and I were in urgent need of a new vehicle when our current vehicle finally quit after 19 years. Since I work over 3 hours away, we decided to My wife and I were in urgent need of a new vehicle when our current vehicle finally quit after 19 years. Since I work over 3 hours away, we decided to take a quick look late on a Saturday afternoon. We assembled a list of dealerships and possible vehicles and set out for Jacksonville to “just look.” Our first stop was Sanders Ford since they were recommended by friends, have a great reputation and large inventory. When we arrived we started strolling through the lot looking at both new and used vehicles. We were met by Alex and he inquired if he could assist us. We discussed that I we were looking for in a commuter vehicle in a certain price range. Alex showed us a number of options and we took a test drive. We were pleasantly surprised by the look, fit and finish along with performance not to mention the great gas mileage as well of the Ecosport. By now it was past closing but Alex and Mykola wanted to help be sure I’d make my work commute the following week. They took my deposit and did the paperwork to get me going for the next week. I came in the following Saturday to get wheel locks, mud flaps installed along with completing the new car delivery process paperwork. Everything was done as promised. The atmosphere there is definitely one of a family owner business and they made us feel that way with everyone being kind. Our Salesperson Alex has been very attentive and has had excellent follow up. He made every effort to see that we where satisfied and everything was done as promised. He was very accommodating and professional. He took the time to directly answer any and all questions we had with “no spin.” We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire process. We left there feeling that whatever we needed in the future would be handled professionally. More
