He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for and at the right price. Alan was great about listening to what I wanted and incorporating the ideas I had about the look of the 4Runner and he turned them into reality. I couldn’t be happier. Phil was also very helpful during the process, explaining everything to know about the vehicle and he even paired my phone so it would be ready to roll as soon as I jumped in. Everything was all wrapped up in a final meeting with Tiffany who did a Fantastic job of explaining the warranties, financing and Toyota services provided in a clear and understandable manner. Trading up to a new model was made easy. It was a pleasure to work with Alan Makabi to purchase a new RAV4. I initially inquired online about a vehicle and Alan promptly responded to my inqui It was a pleasure to work with Alan Makabi to purchase a new RAV4. I initially inquired online about a vehicle and Alan promptly responded to my inquiry. An appointment to look at the car was made the same day. Alan was extremely friendly and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he showed a car on the lot that was the model I was looking for. He spent time going over all the updates to the new RAV4. I was wanting a different color car but same style. They didn't have one on the lot but he was able to quickly find the exact car that I wanted. Upon delivery of the car Alan spent time with me helping me to program the car and and making sure I was aware of all the functions. He made buying a new car so easy. We also worked with Tiffany Houck in the finance department. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in setting up finance for our new RAV4.
