Chiseled my way to a new vehicle!! Alan started my experience through email since my overnight schedule at the hospital makes it hard to communicate on normal business hours. He answered all my questions & included more details than I could think of to ask, even at 8pm when he was off the clock and at home!! When I finally arrived for my test drive, it was after one if the ice storms, so he was already working on defrosting the vehicle. He worked and worked at getting it so we could see out of the windows. Once he scraped the multiple inches if ice off, he took me on a fun test drive so I could actually test and see how well the 4Runner handled on ice covered roads. Clearly I was giddy with excitement as we headed back to the dealership. Next came for the trade in value if our Camaro. They "called in the big dogs", did some research online, triple checked under the hood before coming back with an amazing value for our trade in!! We were very pleased with how hard they worked on that portion and came back with such a flattering number. After that, Tiffany had us breeze through the financial paper work & offered us some great add-ons and she kept that monthly payment at a nice and comfy rate. By then, Alan had my new 4Runner totally de-iced, washed, filled with gas and ready to roll!! Not to mention he had my appointment all lined up (in three short days) to get my auto start installed. Love my new car & I can't wait to brag about it & my experience at Toyota Cedar Rapids!! Thanks again for everything! More
