Our new van had just come in off of lease, and Alan worked to get it cleaned up for our test drive with little advance notice. We were in from out of town, and Alan worked to get a warranty issue resolved so that we could take the vehicle home the same day. Out of state to purchase truck - great customer service We came all the way from Saint Paul, Minnesota for this truck. I have to say it is fully loaded with start engine, navigation system, bluetooth, audio We came all the way from Saint Paul, Minnesota for this truck. I have to say it is fully loaded with start engine, navigation system, bluetooth, audio touch screen, long bed, bed mat, tube step, tow package and crawl control. I deposited some money to reserve the truck and was given about a week and a half to pick up the vehicle. The customer service was great during our out of state transaction and in person transaction... even though my wife had some very harsh stabby sacrasm they continued to give great service. It wasn't cheap, but well worth the money and travels. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, transaction and service. Just wish Allen could have given me a better set of tires for my travel home. However, he did give me 90 days trial of satellite radio. Thanks Cedar Rapids Toyota. More
