Amazing First time visit, it was a little confusing on the procedure, where to go. Tiffany took care of me. She was super friendly and helpful. She explained what was going to be done that day and expected wait time. My car was done before the time expected, my next appointment was scheduled before I left, I was told what was done and what will be done at the next appointment and then I was walked to my car. My car was washed which was great. It was just a great experience, all the employees were so nice but Tiffany especially was great. I can't say enough nice things. More

Bought a new tire due to a flat tire. Ran over a pot hole and got a flat tire. Had to get a tow over to Toyota of Scranton in which they were more than happy to make this bad inconvenient Ran over a pot hole and got a flat tire. Toyota even offered to schedule a transport to pick me up in which made all the difference in being able to get to work on time. More
